G/W Cascade Ramp (Naya?)

As many of us are trying to do by now, Im trying to prepare a solid post-lorwyn deck with the little info I have from Zendikar. My plan involved a deck I used to run. Its basically G/W Ramp but I had stopped playing it before all the chaos that is Alara Reborn. I leave to you guys to critique the following decklist and put suggestions about whether or not play it Naya-based for the power of bloodbraid elf.
